What about the Meningitis ACWY? Is this the same as MMR?

The key difference is what they protect against: MenACWY guards against four types (A, C, W, Y) of bacteria causing meningitis and septicemia (blood poisoning), while MMR protects against three highly infectious viral diseases: Measles, Mumps, and Rubella.

MenACWY is often recommended for young adults, especially students, to prevent serious bacterial infections, whereas MMR is a routine childhood vaccination given in two doses.

My names Jack. I am from Salisbury. My arm was a bit sore for a day, but that’s it. I checked with the nurse, and they showed me how all the info’s backed by science and real doctors, not random idiots online. Get the facts and get the jab – it’s a no-brainer!
