I’m Jamie, age 8 from Bristol. Last year, I got the flu vaccine at school. It was just a quick sniff up my nose – no needles or anything scary! The nurse was really kind and gave me a sticker afterwards. I didn’t even feel poorly after, and I didn’t catch the flu all winter. It was dead easy. Totally worth it to stay healthy and play footie with my mates.
